WHAT SIZE ARE THE OVERHEAD DOORS?

  • Door widths vary from site to site, but all doors are at least 14’ tall.

DO THE UNITS HAVE SERVICE DOORS?

  • Service doors are typically available on units 24' and wider. Please check with your local representative regarding availability.

ARE UNIT SIZES FLEXIBLE?

  • Each GarageTown site has a pre-determined layout. However, we do have units that can be made wider and into drive-thru units depending on the site. Please check with your GarageTown representative for more details.
  • (Pre-construction reservations will have a lower cost to modify their units layout)

HOW WIDE ARE THE DRIVE-AISLES?

  • Each GarageTown site will have 60’ drive-aisles. Please check with your GarageTown representative for more details.

ARE THERE RV CLEANOUTS?

  • Where permitted GarageTown facilities will have RV cleanouts. Please check with your GarageTown representative for more details.

IS PLUMBING AVAILABLE IN THE UNITS?

  • Some GarageTown locations are plummed or pre-plummed. Check with your local GarageTown representative for you site.
