exciting GarageTown-USA concept and for providing excellent
customer service. Enthusiasm for cars, boats, motorhomes or other “toys” typically stored at GarageTown will connect you to our buyers.
You should have effective sales and customer-service abilities, well developed
people skills, and a strong social network within your
community. Management ability and great attention to detail, as well
as knowledge of governmental proceedings, construction, marketing,
law, and design are also required. Former construction and real
estate development experience is valued but not indispensible.
